Dion Welling |
Dion Welling is the Owner and Head Coach of Wellhouse Fitness. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Fitness Management from Mississippi State University and has been coaching clients since 1992. Dion is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and a certified TRX Group Instructor. Dion specializes in helping adults 50+ build strength, improve mobility, and move with confidence so they can stay active and independent. His coaching approach is simple. Safe, structured training focused on steady progress.
Dion believes everyone has an “athlete” inside them. It just looks different at every stage of life. His mission is to help clients rediscover that strength and carry it into everything they do, from playing with grandkids to traveling, working, and living life on their terms. |
Eva Langford |
Eva Langford is a Licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN, LDN) with a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Memphis. She completed over 1,300 hours of supervised practice in diverse settings, including St. Francis Hospital, LeBonheur Children’s Hospital, Sundara Therapy, and AM Diabetes. A Summa Cum Laude graduate in Health Studies with a Dietetics concentration and a Social Media Marketing minor, Eva also brings three years of experience as a certified yoga instructor, helping clients build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Her background includes working as a Diet Technician at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and leading hands-on cooking classes that build confidence in preparing balanced, realistic meals. Eva combines her clinical knowledge as an RDN with a practical, grace-filled approach to nutrition that feels sustainable and approachable. She believes our bodies are a gift and that caring for them allows us to live with energy and joy. Eva is passionate about encouraging and equipping others to build nourishing habits, move with purpose, and create rhythms that support whole-person well-being, one small step at a time. |
