Your Primary Objective: To make sure that the hour our clients spend at Wellhouse Fitness is the best hour of their day.
QUALIFICATIONS:
College degree or working toward a degree
Personal Training certification or currently studying for personal training certification
Neat, clean appearance, prompt and efficient, loyal, honest, and dependable
Excellent communication skills are required, including phone etiquette and customer service
Ability to coach in a semi-private setting and motivate clients
The ability to create a great experience for our clients
Passionate and willing to learn
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coaching – conduct semi-private coaching sessions as assigned by Head Coach
Maintain professional coaching standards as defined by Head Coach
Accountability & Retention – responsible for knowing and implementing the standard protocols pertaining to client accountability and retention
Sales – must be able to follow the sales process and convert prospects during the Assessment process in accordance with the systems set up by management
Internal Marketing – must be able to implement internal marketing systems as given by management
Other duties as assigned
COMPENSATION, BENEFITS, AND HOURS:
Full-Time Position 32-40 hours/week (Early Mornings, Evenings, and some Saturday Mornings)
