Kelly Jo Graves


Kelly Jo is a certified Personal Trainer through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and a certified Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition. She also holds certifications as a Running Coach (Road Runners Club of America), Group Fitness Instructor (Athletics and Fitness Association of America), Spinning Instructor (Mad Dogg Athletics) and TRX Level 2 Instructor.  She graduated with honors from the University of Memphis.

Kelly Jo believes movement and nutrition are the medicine for changing the body and mind. Her training philosophy is to engage the body as a single coordinated system, which not only produces results but makes day to day life easier.  Kelly Jo’s mission is to cut through the confusion in the fitness and nutrition industry and give her clients the steps they need to be successful.  Her training and nutrition programs are designed to Empower, Educate, and Encourage clients to achieve their ultimate health and wellness goals. 

Kelly Jo is a passionate runner and can be found competing in races ranging from 5Ks to Marathons. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband, Mitch and their three dogs.
