The 21 Day Challenge is a 3 week program starting January 7th and ending January 27th.
During the 3 weeks you will get:

A detailed 3 week Nutrition Plan with quick and healthy recipes that fit into your busy schedule
Weekly shopping lists to make it that much easier.
The challenge will begin with an initial assessment on January 5th between 11:00 am and 12:00pm.
We will have weekly feedback throughout the 21 days
The challenge will end with a final assessment so that you'll be able to see how far you've come in just 21 short days! This gives you benchmarks, targets, and a way to clearly measure your success!
