We are running a 21 Day Challenge for new clients only.

The 21 Day Challenge is a 3 week program starting 
January 7th and ending January 27th.


During the 3 weeks you will get:

  • Access to unlimited Small Group Training

  • Access to unlimited Boot Camp Classes. 



  • A detailed 3 week Nutrition Plan with quick and healthy recipes that fit into your busy schedule

  • Weekly shopping lists to make it that much easier. 



  • The challenge will begin with an initial assessment on January 5th between 11:00 am and 12:00pm.

  • We will have weekly feedback throughout the 21 days

  • The challenge will end with a final assessment so that you'll be able to see how far you've come in just 21 short days! This gives you benchmarks, targets, and a way to clearly measure your success!
