21 Day Challenge
Participants in the 21 Day Challenge have access to unlimited Small Group Training and Boot Camp Classes at Wellhouse Fitness. Everyone receives a detailed three week Nutrition Plan with quick and healthy recipes that fit into busy schedules, with weekly shopping lists to make it even easier. The challenge begins with an initial assessment with weekly feedback throughout the 21 days and ends with a final assessment to celebrate new milestones during the three short weeks! Each assessment provides benchmarks, targets, and a way to clearly measure success!
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Groups are made up of two to five people (small enough to maintain focus on quality) and led by some of Memphis’ most qualified trainers

Or imagine you want to start your own business; the first thing you would do is create a business plan. The way you approach your health and fitness goals should be the same. When you come to Wellhouse Fitness, the first thing we will do is sit down with you and design a specific plan completely individualized to you. We will take into account your medical, injury, and physical fitness history, your current lifestyle, your present level of fitness and type of activities, your nutritional habits and more. Your trainer will use this information, along with your goals, interests, and needs to create a customized program that will make it easier for you to follow and achieve results.
